Yes, if under supervised release/probation; acceptance of an
offender under interstate agreement is conditional on the offender registering,

Notification process is dependent upon the offender's assessed
level of risk to re offend: Low risk (level 1), information maintained within
law enforcement agencies may share with other law enforcement agencies. This
information must be disclosed, upon request, to victims or witnesses to the
offense and if designated to release by the prosecuting attorney. Moderate risk
(level 2), law enforcement agencies may disclose information to agencies and
groups that the offender is likely to encounter (public and private schools, day
care facilities, and other agencies.) High risk (level 3), law enforcement
agencies also shall disclose information to the other members of the community
with whom the offender is likely to encounter, unless there is a public safety
risk or a victim identity issue. Exact methods of notification are subject to
peace officers' standard and training board policy. For high-risk offenders,
community education and safety meetings are by policy.

information to other members of the community whom the offender is likely to
